The price of the new Toyota Yaris hatchback in Ukraine has been announced. According to preliminary data, there are already many orders for this car.
For the first time, the new 2017 Toyota Yaris hatchback was unveiled at the 2017 Geneva Auto Show. The characteristic difference between the new model Toyota Yaris 2017 from the pre-reform one is the new front optics, front and rear bumpers, rear feet and a radiator grill. The lower part of the doors of the new hatchback was decorated with moldings, which were not on the previous model.
In addition to body changes, the new Toyota Yaris hatchback received two additional body shades: Hydro Blue and Tokyo Red. The interior of the novelty also acquired various high-quality materials for decoration (leather, perforated leather and fabric). In the cabin, changes are clearly visible on the air supply holes, in the form of aircraft turbines. Large scale of the speedometer and tachometer, as well as a color display for the on-board computer for 4.2 ″ for maximum configurations.
The technical part of the new Toyota Yaris hatchback has distinguished itself in its own way - it is a completely new naturally-aspirated 1.5-liter engine, referred to as the VVTi-E. The maximum power of this unit is 111 hp, and the torque is 136 Nm. In the previous Toyota Yaris model, the unit had a volume of 1.33 liters, the maximum power was 99 hp and the torque was 125 Nm. The restyled hatchback will be able to accelerate to the first hundred in 11 seconds, which is 0.8 seconds less than the pre-styling model.Despite the increase in the engine power of the Toyota Yaris 2017, fuel consumption has decreased by 12%. To improve the hatchback's handling properties and reduce vibration, the new Toyota Yaris began to install modified engine mounts, new shock absorbers, as well as a modified electric power steering wheel. Such changes have significantly improved the novelty, as well as improved aerodynamic performance.
With regard to the price of a hatchback in Ukraine, the new Toyota Yaris 2017 with a 1.5 engine and a manual gearbox starts at UAH 418,000. The same option, but with a variator it will cost from 473 thousand. The basic configuration of the hatchback includes 4 airbags, side mirrors are electrically heated and heated, an emergency braking system.
